
Lesson Policies
Payment Policy
Online lessons must be paid for in advance. Received payment will reserve the online lesson slot.
In-person lessons can be paid for in advance or at each lesson. Payments at each lesson will be allowed based on a good history of timely payments. If several offenses of forgotten payments occur then the student will be required to pay in advance to keep their lesson slot.
Payment options: Zelle, PayPal Business, Venmo Business, cash, or check. If you pay using PayPal Business or Venmo Business you will be responsible for the fee.
Studio Ettiquette
All students will be expected to arrive on time to their lessons, with their instrument in working order, all music and books, and a spiral of manuscript paper.
If a student is late the lesson will still end at the scheduled time unless discussed with Kyle in advance.
Parents and siblings are welcome to sit in the lesson room during the lesson as long as they do not cause disruption.
Parents are expected to pick up their students on time.
Cancellation Policy
All lessons must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. If a lesson is cancelled within 24 hours or no notice is given, and the student does not attend they will be charged for the lesson.
If a student suddenly falls ill please contact Kyle as soon as possible and do not attend the lesson. The lesson can be rescheduled, the student can attend online, or a refund will be issued.
If any lessons are cancelled by Kyle they will be either rescheduled or a refund will be issued.
